EALTERNA, with an address at Av. Camelinas #3233 int. 101a Col. Las Américas Morelia, Michoacán CP 58270, is responsible for collecting your personal data, for the use given to it, and for its protection.

In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter referred to as the “Law”) and its Regulations, we kindly ask you to read carefully the Terms and Conditions contained in this Privacy Notice (the “Notice”), as this Notice contains the terms and conditions applicable to the Personal Data collected by EALTERNA if you give your consent. Your personal information will be used to provide the services and products you have requested, inform you about changes to them, and evaluate the quality of the service we provide.

As part of its regular activities and in accordance with its lawful corporate purpose, EALTERNA in some cases collects and stores information considered as Personal Data under the terms of the Law, and therefore, the company is a regulated entity under the Law. The Personal Data you provide to the Controller, or that is generated through visits to EALTERNA's site, will vary in each specific case depending on your activities on the site and may include the following:

A. When submitting comments through the contact form: by using this functionality, only the following Personal Data will be collected and stored: a) General Data: Full name (as provided by you), your email address, and any other data entered in the comments. In all cases, the accuracy and veracity of the Personal Data collected are your responsibility, as you are the one who has access to your Social Media profiles and enters your username. B. In all cases, upon entering the EALTERNA Site, data will be collected through Cookies and Web Beacons. These elements collect your IP address, browser type and operating system, Internet pages visited, browsing and consumption habits and patterns, links clicked, and the site visited before entering ours. From all the aforementioned Personal Data, a user profile is created, which is used for the purposes described below.

Sensitive Personal Data. EALTERNA does not collect Sensitive Personal Data. Your Personal Data will be used and processed for the following specific purposes: A. Primary purposes. a) If the contact form is filled out, to contact you, address your inquiries, and propose a potential business relationship based on your needs or those of the company you represent. B. Secondary purposes. a) To identify, locate, communicate, and contact you, send information, as well as for statistical and scientific purposes (metrics analysis); b) To conduct, directly or through its affiliates or any third party, studies on the interests, behaviors, and demographics of the Data Subjects, in order to better understand their needs and interests, and to offer better news services; c) To improve our initiatives and commercial strategies; d) To analyze the Internet pages visited, searches performed by the Data Subjects, and to improve our content and article offerings, including customization, presentation, programming, and services; e) To send information via email regarding news or relevant events.

EALTERNA will not transfer your Personal Data without your consent; however, it may use them for purposes dependent on third parties, such as statistics and the sending of newsletters, without transferring such Data. If you do not consent to your personal data being transferred under the terms stated in this privacy notice, you may request it in your support account.

The duration of the management of Personal Data will be indefinite from the date you provided it to the Controller, and you may object at any time to block and cancel it if you deem it appropriate. Once you provide your Personal Data to the Controller by any means, please be informed that they will be stored in a CRM system of the site’s archive, which will be accessible only to the Controller. Your personal data will be processed at all times lawfully and in compliance with the principles of Legality, Consent, Information, Quality, Purpose, Loyalty, Proportionality, and Responsibility, in accordance with the Law.

You will have access to your Personal Data and/or Sensitive Data at all times, whether to request their rectification, cancellation, objection, or to revoke your consent, in accordance with the Law (the “ARCO Rights”), in writing or electronically, through the procedure available here. You should address your request to EALTERNA or via email at contacto@ealterna.com. Your request should include the following: a. A photograph or scan of your official ID with a photo and autograph signature, or if acting on behalf of someone else, also attach a notarized and/or registered power of attorney and the relevant incorporation document, if applicable. b. A scan or photograph of proof of address. In your request, you should: i) Indicate your name or business name and provide a physical address for delivery of the response, communications, documentation, and responses; ii) Inform us of the Personal Data you wish to access or have rectified, canceled, reviewed, as well as to oppose processing or revoke consent; iii) State whether you are aware of or recall the purpose for which you provided it and the name of the Controller to whom you provided it; and iv) Clearly, respectfully, and concisely state your request, as well as any other information or document that facilitates the identification of your Personal Data. The Controller will have a period of twenty days from receipt of the request to resolve it or to require further information. If your request is granted, because you established your identity and your Personal Data was found in our database, the process will be completed within no more than fifteen days. The Controller will keep you informed of the process at all times if you request it. The response and access to your Data, as well as supporting documents, will be delivered, upon proof of identity and/or representation, through certified copies by the company and its legal representative, electronic documents, or simple copies. Whenever the request is made electronically, preference will be given to electronic means for the delivery of responses and resolutions. Should the Controller need to use your Personal Data for purposes other than those stated in this Privacy Notice, you will be contacted either in writing, by phone, electronically, or by any other means of communication, and you will be informed of the new uses for such information to obtain your consent.
